Pleasure Drone
Sandwiches filled with ham, cranberry compote, cabbage, tomato and pineapple. A side of beets & pickles, & 2 "ontbijtkoeken" with jam.

400 grams of lean minced beef, 200 grams of kidneybeans, onions, mushrooms, blue cheese, cheddar cheese and some fresh veggies+sundried tomatoes on top.

Homemade "kapsalon" with a side of cottage cheese, tomatoes and kaki fruit

One of many plates at an all you can eat

Mini pizza with 100 grams of turkey, cheddar cheese and cranberry compote. A side of cottage cheese and a bunch of veggies (stirfried & fresh)

If I remember what I did correctly....
about 150g carrots
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 or 2 tbsp fresh grated ginger
some salt
Boil the ginger and carrots until very tender, maybe 20 mins? Drain them, but reserve some of the liquid.
Blend the carrots and add the liquid until a desired consistency, add pumpkin, blend more, and keep adding liquid as desired.
My soup tended to start to separate, but I THINK that could be changed if you threw in an egg yolk or maybe some kind of starch to bind it?

poverty bedtime snack -
la tortilla factory low carb/high fiber wrap with oven roasted turkey slices, melted cheddar cheese slice dipped in yellow mustard and WF BBQ Sauce

unimpressive, but tasty high protein snack for 200 cals - 26p/8f/12c

BTW, I just found out about this thread recently. I've always posted my food in my log in the contest prep section and I don't often wander out of that section out of fear of the MISC.
