Subway - double roasted chicken, double provolone, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, sweet onion teriykai/honey mustard

Movie Theater Popcorn (my 1st time for take-out popcorn without actually seeing a movie, but great idea)

Asian-style swordfish marinated in soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, green onion and garlic with scallops seared in bacon grease


Broccoli and cheese stuffed chicken breasts

Bacon, provolone, mushroom and onion burger

Peruvian chicken

I recently had my first ribeye (as a steak fan, not sure why I've never had it though I have had tons of prime rib so that's pretty much the same thing) - double cut bone-in = best piece of meat ever. Simple salt and pepper and cast iron is the way to go.

Based off this recipe but I used a lot more meat and a little more cheese than the recipe, mine had 4oz each of capocollo and mortadella
