How the hell do you make a pancake that big? I need that recipe man!

Vegetables roasted in the fat from the beef posted above^ - haricots verts (frozen), fingerling potatoes, brussels sprouts. Can't say I'm a huge sprouts fan (sorry Moses!) but I'll have to try roasting them on a sheet pan.

Oh, I have some... I just don't like to use them while I'm still practicing something. The vanilla flavor wasn't as pronounced as I wanted but I have some ideas around that next time.

Opps. And garnishes for the sake of looks is lame and akin to the hilarious piece of mint or parsley that used to (and kind of do) accompany desserts and dishes. Now, if you said it's to complement the dish, different story, but I naturally hate NFGs = non-functional garnishes = no ****ing good (Iuzinnin lol).
