Can I choke you?

2 fillets of Tilapia seasoned with blackening seasoning, red pepper, and a little bit of cinnamon. Looks like a shiity seasoning job...but it taste awesome so I could care less.
Organic Brown Rice and Organic Green Beans with olive oil and a little bit of low sodium soy sauce.
My dessert will be a beer. Oskar Blues Ten Fidy

My current stack:
I have an addiction.

Has anyone else tried the Wild Berry Bloom pictured top-center? They taste just like a mix between a blueberry and a cherry Pop-Tart.

Just wondering as pop tarts seem pretty popular around here these days. I know it all depends on your macros, but how many do you usually eat at once? Do they still come in 2 packs? I used to love them as a kid but now 410 for 1 poptart seems like a lot and not sure it'd fill me up or get to that sugar craving but could really go for some maple brown sugar

I usually have one package a day. And It's 200 per pastry, so 400 per package. Fasted training fit's my schedule best so I have quite a bit of calories to get in when I get home from class, so it helps to have a super calorie-dense snack when I get home to break my fast. Pop-tarts are my go-to.

I just washed and cut the potatoes into slices then mixed them around in a bowl with salt/pepper/olive oil or whatever spices of choice you want then I baked them at 400 for around 30-40 minutes, I think. I also covered with foil to retain moisture.
