how to make hunger pains go away will cutting ?

I'm cutting and I went from bulking to cutting now, I'm cutting down on portion size. My stomach seems to have grown I need to shrink it, everytime I eat I still have hunger pains, how can I make myself not be so hungry without eating too much while cutting?

Try intermittent fasting, put your feeding window so that when you go to bed you're still feeling satiated. Works excellent for controlling hunger.

Also, your profile says you're only five inches tall.

I didn't even notice that. I bulked up to about 187, now I need to go ahead and lose about 10 lbs or so. I ate a lot while bulking and now not eating as much gives me some hunger pains.

    Eat more filling foods

While people consistently praise "macros and calories are all that matter"its hard to argue that a twinkie will fill you up as a pound of broccoli

So just start jacking up on the low cal veges, high fiber, and high protein foods.

Chicken breasts, greens all great **** to keep you full

Hunger pains IMO generally means either too low calories, or need better food choices

If ure serious on cutting, get ready to deal with it. Finding the way to escape is not a long a long term fix. Acceptance is.

Can one weekend of bad eating really ruin a week of dieting? Well, can one quick trip to Vegas ruin 2 months of saving? Same thing basically.

Did you ease yourself back in or just go straight from bulk surplus to cut deficit?

If the latter, next time try cutting the calories incrementally over the course of a week or two so that your body gets used to taking on smaller amounts of food. It's way better than shocking the sh*t out of it by going from full to empty overnight.

As someone has already said, eat as clean as you can, that way you get to eat more of it! I stick to chicken breast n potatoes/rice, stuff like that. Try drinking lots of water too, that usually fills ya abit too and then if your still hungry then it's all down to willpower! Just my take on it.

Hunger pangs come with the territory. Reduce them by eating more filling foods and less junk food, that will help satiety.

You will not get shredded without dealing with occasional hunger pangs. Mind over matter. Otherwise, everyone you see would be godly looking. But reality is that almost everyone in our society lacks willpower in that aspect big time....THEY LACK DISCIPLINE!!!
