Note: I know this thread isn't entirely about losing fat, but I am mostly concerned about growing taller due to some baby fat on my torso and face that I can't seem to get rid of.
Hey all, long time lurker so I'm glad to finally post something for real here.
Anyways, I know it's ridiculous to hope for more height at age 20 but I'm going to ask if it's possible or happened to you anyways. I am 5'10.5" currently and never really had a true blue growth spurt. The closest thing to it was from 12 to 13 I went from 5'4" to 57" ish, rest has been slow and steady growth.
Both my parents are 5'6" and the males on both sides are decent sized, though on my Mom's side especially they're all mostly over 6 feet. Her dad was about 184cm in his prime.
The reason I think I might have 1-2" left in me is because my torso has never really filled out. My wingspan is 6', my inseam is 34", and yet my torso is that of an underdeveloped 5'7" 14 year old in terms of height. I also have some baby fat on my cheeks and stomach that I have the hardest time eliminating, so I'm hoping it's going to be used for some vertical purposes. For the record also I am 155 lbs.
Also dunno if this matters but my beard was developing decently when I was 17 but since then it's stayed pretty much the same with only a bit of new growth in the chinstrap region. Not much body hair either though I do have vellus hairs popping up on my chest, though again, don't know if that's relevant to height.
And finally, all my friends who were the same height as me up until I was 14 are now a few inches taller than me, around 184cm. I'm hoping to reach that! What do you guys think?
and inb4 manlet etc, but don't worry I have a thick skin so tear me apart if you must

You could grow wider around the midsection if you want.

While I admit a 34" inseam and 6' wingspan at 5'7" seems pretty long-limbed, it's pretty unlikely that you are going to have any kind of growth spurt at 20 y.o. The baby-fat thing, well, probably isn't baby fat anymore.
Embrace the awesomeness of 67" inches.

My dad was 5'6' till his late 19, then suddenly grown up to 6'1". Who knows? Eat well, get your calcium and hope for the best!

I wasn't fully grown til about 21. I went through puberty fairly late too (remember being embarrassed about being, um, bald in the 9th grade) Would follow that those two are related. Were you the hairy italian kid with hairy armpits when you were 11? If so, you're probably finished growing.

I've heard cases of people growing till their mid 20's so while rare, it's defintely possible IMO.
I guess if your growth plates haven't fused yet, you can up your chances of growing taller if you eat a good balanced diet, and get plenty of sleep.

Lol everyone in here is saying no definitely, but when I graduated college at 21, I was 6'2 and 1/2. I am now 6'4, and I'm almost 23.
You can DEFINITELY keep growing.

I'm just laughing at the baby fat statement.

Well it's pretty true brah, I was pretty hefty in my teens (up to 200 at points) but the last few years I've lost 50ish pounds while not really changing my diet or working out that much more. Sometimes it take a bit to lose your puberty weight lol.
And to whoever said it, no I wasn't the hairy 11 year old Italian kid lol. Though I was friends with him lmao.

It's possible, but very unlikely. I had a friend who was 6'2 when he was 23 (when I first met him) and when he turned 25 he was 6'5. Anything's possible.

Certainly possible, but I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were you.
I stopped growing at 14 myself.
