    Squatting vs Sprinting for most aesthetic legs

    Which do you think is best to get that fairly big shredded legs look. Currently, I have pretty big legs but aren't too lean, so I am sprinting 1-2x/week. I was thinking about just dropping out heavy leg work entirely and focusing on the sprinting aspect but then I'd feel like a phaggot for not squatting. Miscers who have big shredded quads, what do you recommend?

    Having shredded legs is less about sprinting/squating (though I'd definitely go with squating for muscle growth) and more about your bodyfat. The lower it is, the more shredded you'll look

    The thing is, I'm already pretty low bf, prob like 12%. My upper torso is lean, but legs have only slight definition. I don't really like my legs being all too large if they aren't cut

    glutes 40 inch

    leg size mostly from hamstrings

    I used to have quite juicy legs from squats, hack squats etc but I've been doing more outdoor cardio recently and it was too taxing for recovery,
    So now I do dumbbell lunges and pistol squats, and loads of outdoor running/uphill running.

    Legs have lost a lot of size but are looking rather lean and quite aesthetic,
    Cristiano Ronaldo (I doubt) does heavy leg work but still has aesthetic quads/hams (dem sprints mixed with long duration cardio and jumping)
