Been unemployed and been looking for a job. Really don't know what I want, and I have bad job history.
Job fair at chipotle. Almost started to walk out because I felt like I could do better and kind of having doubts about the job.
Manager walks over as I'm contemplating and he interviews me. Says he's impressed, because out of like 600ish people most don't do research and know about the company.
Says it's fast paced etc. Tells me he's impressed and to watch for follow up emails.
I'm just having mixed feelings. I need a job, but at the same time I don't even know what I want. I'm kind of demotivated, because I feel like I will never be satisfied. I seem to always complain or find something bad about a job, but then I look at my friends and they put up with theirs and talk about how they like theirs. (They still complain sometimes too)
I just hate seeing myself as a quitter. But don't know how to approach.
Do people legitimately like their job and it helps them stay longer, or are they just determined to stay?
Seems like I'm lacking something...maybe work ethic or motivation?
