Ok, I've had an extremely confusing time in another thread, where I asked for my diet to be critiqued.
The thread title name is: "Is this diet good for fat-loss?" in the nutrition section...
Alright, so if you'd like to view my profile and see the pictures of my progress.
I've been trying to lose fat to get to 8% bf, however, am I lean enough to stop and start bulking?
Do I have loose skin, and am I confusing it for fat? I think I'm still going to be fat unless I get down to 80 kilos.
Not really sure what I should do... I've been on a deficit of 500 cals, then I went down to 800 cals. So far I'm 87.1 kilos, from 92 kilos a month a go.
Help!!!!
Bah... So confused
Thanks for the help

normally i'd advocate cutting until you're happy but you will be way to skinny at 6'7 you really shouldn't be dropping under 200lbs, slow bulk for a good 6 months or so then re evaluate where you are, as it is you would look terrible at 8%

Are you fat because you're lazy or are you lazy because you're fat?
If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.

BULK.
You really need to focus on putting on a good amount of quality lean mass. After a slow long bulk you will have a better base to cut down to."The hardship of the exercises is intended less to strengthen the back than to toughen the mind. The Spartans say that any army may win while it still has it's legs under it; the real test comes when all strength has fled and the men must produce victory on will alone." (Pressfield,1998, p.78)

THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR YOUR INPUT Really appreciate it!
I've been finding it hard to cut the fat down, and that's prob because I haven't gotten the very foundation of muscle yet on my body. So, I got to write up a plan now, and find a training program. In another section, I asked the same thing. I was told to do 5x5 training, and I think that would be beneficial for the first month. Then, I think 5,3,1 or something like that. I only have 4 - 5 months of lifting experience, so I'll ask someone on the forums to help me out.
I'm a follower of Matt Ogus, so I'd like to do something similar to him (not eat as much as him). But, I might have to find something to suit my genetics (being tall, etc), don't know...
Thanks again

5 x 5 will do you for much longer than a month. You could easily do this for a year to add some mass. Try to eat around +500 on your maintenance while youre on 5 x 5 as you will need the extra to grow and increase your lifts. Make sure your macros are right. Plenty of people and artiles on here can help you with this.
