Hi. Im Graeme, im 23 and fairly new to the BB scene although i have been interested in fitness for a while. Ive been fairly useless when its come to any form of a routine and my knowledge about proper nutrition has been basic to say the very least.
Despite this I was a national level Taekwon-Do competitor and had moderate success, I am back training with that as well, hopefully get selected for the squad next year, training hard.
I'm going to use this this thread to document every training session, mostly for myself as I feel it will help with the motivation when i look back and see where I've come from and give me the motivation not to look back and go forward to where i want to be. My main goals are to increase my strength first then get the body fat levels down for next year.
My current stats at 5'7" are 77kg (170lbs roughly, need to get on proper medical scales to know accurately) i estimate about 18-20%BF as well.
Lifts; Bench Press 66kgx8, OHP 44kgx8, Squat 86kgx8, Dead 119kgx5
I was going to post pictures of how i currently look, they're on my body space but i need to have 50 posts before i can upload here.
Will update after each training session.

Managed to get to the gym last night, but i got there late and they were closing early. not the best of starts, still managed to get a decent work out done on my chest if nothing else. Used DB tonight as the barbell was in use, i prefer it anyway, next goal is 30kg DB press, couple of weeks and i think i'll have it.
Work done.
Dumbbell press 17.5kgx10x3, 20kgx10x3 and 25kgx8x3. Dumbbell fly's 10kgx10x3 and 12.5kgx10x3. Not massive weights but i felt like i got a good work out, chest feels stiff today.
Not the biggest work out but i didn't have much time, will update again after next session.

Tonights session was good. Did shoulders + abs.
Dumbell shoulder press, 10kgx10x3, 12.5kgx10x3, 15kgx10x3 and 20kgx8x3, Upright row 19kgx10, 24kgx10, 26kgx10, 31kgx8x3. Front delt raise, 7.5kgx10, 10kgx8x2. Shrugs 15kgx8x3, 17.5kgx8x3, 20x8x3.
Abs, decline situps 20x4 and leg raises 10x3. Not doing weighted ab work as I have my fitness test for RAF selection soon and i want to blitz it. should be easy.
Happy with tonights work, feel good
