I get it....chest....curls...chest...curls..back...chest ..curls...chest...back...i see this all the time and then you look at someones legs n notuce your forearms are bigger tgen their calves n your upper arms dwarf theor upper legs...how do u not be a dick n tell them that looks so stupid.....just a question...
I usually just farmer carry 150s around them durinf their excersises and grunt alot....

Sounds like you have issues you might need to work out yourself.
If you have such an issue with bench n' curl guys, I'd say you're in the wrong profession.-

I do apologize i ment it as the guys who stay at the bench n dont let ya work in or just sit and wait 15 mins before each set or constatly flex in your way...or take dumb bells n use them n keep them at their side between excersises the asses that have a big upper body n take up space while you wait...i did not put that into context right...

Have you actually asked them to work in? Or did you just get your panties in a bunch as you watched them sit on the bench for 15 minutes?
I have one idea that might help you. During your rest periods, to keep your mind off of the hordes of douches you have to deal with, you should start reading books on proper grammar and spelling. It should work wonders in alleviating the headaches of the readers to your posts.
You deal with it by either shutting the f*ck up and ignoring it or reaching down, finding some testicles, and making a statement to them.-
