    Cool Bring it on!!!!

    I'm trying to cut down some stubborn fat and I've decided to do an hour of Cardio 3-4 times a week for 8 weeks (Beside weightlifting). So I'll be posting some pictures of my calories burned every now and then! You are all welcome to join me

    I'm ALWAYS hungry anyway!!! I am also on a very healthy diet so i don't really mind eating some extra veggies and fruit!
    Plus, I was doing 15-20 minof Cardio after my workout before anyway...

    She was probably referring to how prolonged cardio can stimulate the appetite. People who often add hours of cardio per week to their programs in hopes of losing weight fail due to overeating to satisfy their stimulated hunger.

    In any case, watch out for your cardio impacting your eating habits, or resistance training sessions by taxing the CNS and recovery systems.
