She was probably referring to how prolonged cardio can stimulate the appetite. People who often add hours of cardio per week to their programs in hopes of losing weight fail due to overeating to satisfy their stimulated hunger.
In any case, watch out for your cardio impacting your eating habits, or resistance training sessions by taxing the CNS and recovery systems.Hums the theme to Superman during planks and LYTPs. Now that you've read this, you will too.
All right boys, now watch how this is done. The key is to put it all in your groin and your back.
Take your legs totally out of the equation. Lift with your lower back in a jerking, twisting motion.

Gflux and nutrient partitioning. Although you may technically burn the same amount of cals that day, what is happening to your body is completely different. Nutrient partitioning will be much MUCH better working out more and eating more....then working out less and eating less. This is gflux, and the higher it is the better conditioned you will be.
This will, in turn, will let you get leaner then simply cutting cals from diet...which your body is gettign less nutrients as well as having a slower metabolism.

Nutritional timing (I'm assuming this is what mean when you refer to partioning) has no effect on weight loss, and exactly how much of an effect are you expecting from TEF? I refer you to this and Emma Leigh knows her ****!! http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=121703921
and as for OP refering to brotherwolf as stupid..... hrmmmm is that a case of pot calling the kettle! tempted to neg!
Kimm4's philosophy is let the diet do the work, if it's good enough for her then it's good enough for me.Last edited by britchick884; 09-13-2012 at 06:28 AM.
