Hey guys have a problem here... I'm trying to build muscle ina bulking phase but finding it nearly impossible as I teach spining classes 3 times week? Any suggestions?? Thanks!

1) Increase calorie intake to replace calories lost during spin class and to add muscle.
2) If your spin class is mon/wed/fri then do this:
monday AM Spin/PM Lift
Tuesdday OFF
Wednesday AM Spin/PM Lift
Thursday OFF
Friday AM Spin
Saturday LIFT
Sunday OFF
This is placed so that you can recover properly from workouts... cause that is where you actually grow!
