    I never said that I was changing my lifestyle to this sh!t, it's just my only way that I can gain weight at this point without killing my bank account. And on top of that, my dad already got 90% of his colon taking out (j pouch) due to ulcerative colitis & primary sclerosing cholangitis, so I'm genetically fuked in that department anyways. i know, strong logic.


    and to everyone telling me to get a multi, i take one every day.. my ex gf's mom owns a supplement company and she hooked me up with like a 3 year supply of their best multi available (yes i've compared supplement facts, it's great)

    This, I've eaten like this before, supplementing McDonald's everyday for lunch and still made decent gains.. I definitely notice an increase in mood and health when eating properly though, but we all have different bodies, to each their own... But ya, get rid of the soda

    Oh ok thank the Lord, OP you had me scared. I was gonna say if that's your only diet you aren't going to like your future. Nothing wrong with some ugly cals on a bulk I suppose if your body can handle it. Once you go clean completely all that processed stuff will ruin your day. Wish I could eat junk food.
