You look great Dru! Arms, back, pecs and abs showing nice muscle development and thickness. You look 10 years younger than what you are...I had to check
A nice training session and glad you have found what works for you and fixing what needs fixin'.
I've learnt something here.
I also am dealing with tiredness and needing regular nap, low mood...hopefully the Doc can help me out with a different solution

Aerated 1.5 acres of grass (mine and neighbors) whew. I'm beat.
Here's a couple fat loss check pics. Weight is up 2lbs from last week, but I think I look leaner. Guessing last week I was simply light on water.

That was a good solid workout Dru, and I think that aerating 1.5 acres of grass counts as good HIIT cardio
Pics are looking really good ... Arms are looking huge in that side pose and your back and lats are looking really think. I posted in the 'this week' thread, but I'm really jealous of the density in your spinal erectors. Looking strong and balanced and I reckon your bodyfat is around 12-13%

My doc, who's a woman takes test also, granted it's a tiny fraction of what I take. She said she feels amazing on it, and even had to lower her dose a touch because her boyfriend was complaining about too much sex... LOL. I'd definitely look into it. Can't hurt.

Thanks Andrew. The aerating was exhausting. I had to do it fast because I only had an hour to do two yards, so no breaks or breathers. My front yard is hilly, so trying to do it so that the aerator wouldn't flip was tough. Thanks for the compliments. I'm going to keep going to 10%, maybe 8%. It's not really that much fat weight to drop at this point, but I'm sure losing it without losing muscle is going to get exponentially harder. The encouragement you offer is always greatly appreciated. BTW. what are you at? Your last pics were super lean.

Nice depth on those squats Dru ... that 240 x 5 looked pretty easy for you
Bad luck about the 250 .. it looked like you dropped the bar too quickly onto your chest as though you were trying to power through a speed rep and lost tightness .. you should get it next time if you're getting good reps of 230 x 5. Just go a bit slower

Hey Andrew, yeah, it was a bit fast. I got out of position on the right side and the elbow flared. Shoulder still kinda hurts.
Beginning to wonder if this program was the right choice on a cut. Lifts are going down... Grr. LOL. So frustrated.

Forgive me for asking but are you still married or single? Past posts by you and a recent post by a different forum member haz me confused...If so we have alot in common (yes hetero). GVT, TRT, and being single.

I still sleep too much on the weekends though, 8 hrs @ night 2-3 during the day, kinda sucks even though the tests say my levels are now fine.
I too am losing fat...which I suspected it would since all I've been doing since my last show is pack it on even on ultra low cals. 1st thing I noticed was an increased good feeling...my God I even felt happy a few times and I forgot what that was like! This condition is/was brutal on the mind.
