How am i supposed to do this by myself without killing myself in the process ? When im doin seated shoulder press i have no spotter nd cant get the bar back up.. Any tips ?

Man..... Hellraiser trainer is for workouts with spotters.....
If all that said they can do them by their selves......without having multiple personalities..... i guess i want to know the secret :P....
Don't know if it's really worth doing it solo..... but you could try :P
