    starting solo hellraiser training

    How am i supposed to do this by myself without killing myself in the process ? When im doin seated shoulder press i have no spotter nd cant get the bar back up.. Any tips ?

    Reduce the weight until you can only just complete your final rep/fail on your final rep. I've been doing this programme for about 3 weeks now and loving it.

    Man..... Hellraiser trainer is for workouts with spotters.....

    If all that said they can do them by their selves......without having multiple personalities..... i guess i want to know the secret :P....

    Don't know if it's really worth doing it solo..... but you could try :P

    Well the official one with videos and **** is based on a trainee and spotter......

    Seems there are lots of variations.... My bad....

    Still...the +6 or whatever are kinda hard if you already hit to a degree failure ....
