    question about body fat %

    just did a body caliper test and i have 8% bodyfat which im thrilled with but im wondering how low i can get it without inhibiting my bodybuilding potential... im not huge on cutting/bulking... i know that slows down my progress but id rather just keep a low % and great figure while slowly putting on strength and size

    my real question is should i try and get to 6% ? or is that more of a bodybuilding competition percentage?

    that's more of a bodybuilding competition percentage.

    alrighty awesome... well once my lower set of abs match my upper on the caliper ( only 2mm in it ) ill do a mini bulk till 12% then back to 7-8% and so on... is that a sufficent bulk or will that not achieve much? if its not worth it ill just keep my current percentage/calorie intake.

    I think you should Do a very slow bulk. Like 250 calories over
