Like the title says...Please post your Height & Weight, Squat, Bench, and DL 1RM and also your fastest mile run time w/in the last 3 years.
If you don't know what your current 1RM is, just throw down what you did for a recent workout or an older 1rm.
No E-stating please...srs. Set your ego aside and just be honest. Kinda interested to see the correlation or differences between the different stats/lifts/times
Mine
5'11 @ 193 (just weighed this evening, probably closer to ~190 in the morning)
Squat: 185x8 current (pathetic I know) Highest 1rm ~265lbs
DL: 264x8 current. W/ terrible form I pulled 364x3 a while ago
Bench: 225 x 5 current. Highest 1rm 275lbs
Mile: 5:55 (couldn't do that now, I don't think)

i dont squat or bench but i can deadlift entire planets and my best mile time was less than a photons lifespan
*top tier ivy because grandpa donated half the buildings crew*
