Height: 5'9"
Weight: 196
Bench: 355lbs
Deadlift: 455lbs

1 mile: In the military I did 3 miles in 20:45 so that comes out to 6:54/mile, but I know I could do a single mile under 6 at least.

5'9 @ 149
Squat: dont squat anymore but last time 225x5
DL: 242,5x5
Bench: Dont bench press anymore, but 176lbs (80kg)x5
A mile is like 1,5km right? I ran 5km in 19:22 a couple a weeks ago, (under 4mins/km = under 6minutes in a mile) but if I just needed to run the one mile it would probably be under 5.30 srsLast edited by SitchNoHomo; 09-11-2012 at 02:40 PM.

Bench ~315
Squat ~400 (proper ass to ground)
Deadlift ~500
I don't run a single mile at a time, tend to do 10km cross country & hill runs or sprints for cardio. Can do a 10k with 500m of ascent in just over an hour which puts me at about 9 mins per mile lol but that is rough terrain and lots of up and down sections. I would probably be able to smash a mile in 6 - 7 minutes on the flat if I was properly warmed up.
