I have been out of the lifting game for about 2 years. I used to do SS and gained allot of strength! It worked!
These days I gained a bit of weight (I'm about 215) and am looking to get to about 180. I am working on my diet... (The hardest part for me)
I was wondering if it would be a good idea do to a 5x5 workout with HIIT for muscle gain and weight loss. I know that everyone says "if you don't follow SS exactly then your not doing SS". Would it still work if I added HIIT after my workout? Would something else be better to use? I would rather stick to compound lifts rather than isolation. I love workouts with all compounds.
Thanks BB.com, I'm glad to be back!!!
