Ive had this for about a week. A burning sensation in my left middle trap, and an aching neck. I thought I had injured it with back squats a week ago, and it was feeling much better today except when I sit at a desk at school. I tried doing front squats and the pain came back. I have been trying to improve my poature as well. Bookbags also aggravate it. Any ideas, should I stop training?
