What would be the difference between a creatine product such as CL 's green mag vs a basic creatine product like Creacore?

Look at the ingredients in. GreenMag. Research the ones that aren't Creatine and you have your answer.
I have also read of people taking MCC before bed for the benefit that Magnesium can have on sleep. I have no idea how much would be in a single scoop, or half scoop, of GreenMag though. Magnesium I mean.
