    Arrow Green mag vs creacore

What would be the difference between a creatine product such as CL 's green mag vs a basic creatine product like Creacore?

I would say stick to regular Creatine Monohydrate, or try SNS Magnesium Creatine Chelate, I tend to feel more strength increases in the lower-volume threshold on Mono, and I feel higher endurance for MCC. No more than 3-5g of either is needed BTW.

All creatine with the exception of Nitrate gives the same results in the end

Look at the ingredients in. GreenMag. Research the ones that aren't Creatine and you have your answer.

I have also read of people taking MCC before bed for the benefit that Magnesium can have on sleep. I have no idea how much would be in a single scoop, or half scoop, of GreenMag though. Magnesium I mean.

Monohydrate is much simpler and has more research behind it. I'd stick with it
