What would be the difference between a creatine product such as CL 's green mag vs a basic creatine product like Creacore?

I would say stick to regular Creatine Monohydrate, or try SNS Magnesium Creatine Chelate, I tend to feel more strength increases in the lower-volume threshold on Mono, and I feel higher endurance for MCC. No more than 3-5g of either is needed BTW.Originally Posted by Superwolfe
