    Keto fat loss stages

    Hey everyone, I'm not usually one to monitor scales religiously and I know it's been covered previously (mass va fat etc) but I've been monitoring my weight loss, and it seems in stages I.e usually 2kg per week and after few days I.e I'll be 84 for 4 days then boom 82.5. Now I also have been following the %bf as a relative indicator not true reference and I have dropped from 22.4-20.5%. I still have a tiny bit of love handles, not much really but my core is hardening up greatly. Question is how does everyone monitor there progress, and how have they seen the progress come along I.e bulk loss like me each week or gradual. Thanks

    Hydration and amount of food in your system can easily add or subtract a pound or two, so it helps to measure yourself at the same time of day. I get up in the morning do the bathroom thing... and then use the scale. I also weight myself everyday but only track weekly, because you could drive yourself crazy with the little up and down fluctuations. I do keto after I have had a few too many cheat meals to re-kick start my cut and it seems to help me lose an extra pound a week (from 1-2 to 2-3) good luck on your cut!
