How many warmup sets would you recommend for each exercise?

Ive seen some of you say that while on a cut you still do the normal version, if im doing keto eating only protein 1.3-1.5 g per lbs and over a 100 g of fat a day do you think i can recover?
Also do any of you know if i can eat like a smal carb meal b4 a workout to be stronger while on keto or will it put me out of ketosis? If i can how many grams and what food source do you recommend?.
Also no one seemed to answer me last time i asked, starting clean bulk on June 9 and start high school like aug 20th, do you think i will fit my slightly loose shirts? Also **** I REGRET CUTTING, only reason i still do it is cause i dont want to feel like i quit half way through it, 2 more weeks and then i have wasted 2 months on not putting on size.... But i have been getting stronger, do you think i've put on a little bit of muscle? Please answer, also any1 got any b4 and after pictures?
