i didnt know if a 500 cal deficit correlated with 1lb a week, because most people on this site only care about losing body fat and could care less what their weight was as long as they look shredded. i just have to be 139 for the weightlifting season

ps i am good with math

Everybody is different, i would start at a 200-300 calorie deficit for the first week and continue from there

it's said that approximently 3500 calories per lb. so 1 lb a week= 5 weeks. any more is rushing it imo, and will do more harm then good.
