Here weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee GO!!!!!!!!
This here fellas will be a six to seven week run of Bioforge Promax and Applied Nutriceuticals IGF-2. Will workout out four to five times a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday), and the main focus is to finish this bulk with a bang and add strength to the big three. Ran Bioforge v3 and Triazole about six weeks ago or so (I think). The first 4 weeks (I think) following that stack I ran X Factor Advanced with PES Anabeta. Picked up some OG X Factor on sale, so for the past 3 weeks (I think) i've been mixing the advanced and the OG. 6 caps of Anabeta on workout days. Been extremely hungry and thirsty.
I recently switched to San Fierce Domination from Musclepharm Assault. The energy has been pretty much the same but the pump is more pronounced. Started taking IGF-2 Friday and the sleep is incredible. But, looking forward to the strength and mass gains many others have reported. Will start Promax at 4 caps a day tomorrow. Have run Bioforge and Bioforge Promax in the past before and thoroughly enjoyed both runs. Although my stomach is pretty sensitive to Forskolin.
My workouts follow this scheme every week
Monday - Compound movements
Tuesday - Abs & Cardio
Wednesday - Chest, Triceps, and Calves
Thursday - Back, Biceps, and Forearms
Friday - Shoulders, Legs, and Traps
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Rest
* Exercises will be kept in the 6-8 reps range. Subject to change
This is how my dosing scheme will be for this run:
10 caps of IGF-2 on workout days, 8 caps on non workout days (Upon waking and before bed)
4 caps of Bioforge Promax a day ( 2,1,1 unless HUGE says otherwise)
6 caps of Anabeta on workout days ( 2 pre, 1 with protein shot, 1 with pwo meal, and the other two spread throughout the day), 4 caps of non workout days with meals.
1g of aRa pre on workout days ( 2 caps XFA and 2 caps of OG XF)
*only have about 2 weeks of anabeta and aRa left. This is mainly about IGF-2 and Promax
First workout is tomorrow, will post beginning weight and before pics tomorrow

First day today dosing Bioforge Promax. Dosed two upon waking and will probably switch to two before dinner. The sleep on IGF-2 sleep is pretty phenomenal. Takes me a while to get up but once I do, I feel damn good.
I changed my form on my deadlifts, and felt a whole lot stronger. Also finally got me some deadlift straps so that helped as well. Definitely going to have to get back into my yoga classes as the flexibility in my back has went down. It is hindering my squat form. All in all, a very good workout to start the log off.
*For those who followed my last log, I reported that my weight went from 269 at the beginning to 259. Well upon figuring out that my scale is 10lbs off, I actually went from 279, to 269. Which is where I am currently. Coming off of an injury I was trying to get the weight off, that I gained from sitting around, but decided it would just be wise to bulk since I had gained weight anyhow.
Workout
1 scoop of San Fierce Domination, 2 caps of Anabeta, 1g lclt, 1g aRa (2 x factor advanced, 2 OG x factor)
Wide Grip Pull-Ups
4 sets of 6 at BW
BB Squats
3 sets of 5 at 285lbs
2 sets of 3 at 315lbs
1 set of 1 at 365lbs
* Tried 405, but the form was off and I didn't want to risk injury
BB Bench Press
3 sets of 5 at 225lbs
2 sets of 3 at 275lbs
1 set of 1 at 315lbs
Deadlift
3 sets of 5 at 315lbs
2 sets of 3 at 365lbs
1 set of 1 at 405lbs

Thank you sir
For those who might be wondering. I eat quite a lot through out the day. A general workout day for me goes
4:45 - 5 caps IGF-2 and 2 caps Promax
5:25 - Supreme Carb Conscience 30g protein bar and bowl of fruit
7:30 - 2 caps anabeta, 1g ara, 1g lclt, 1 scoop San Fierce Domination
8:00 - Gym
9:45 - 42g protein shot + 1 cap anabeta
10:30 - Breakfast + Anabeta
usually 2 eggs, 2 egg whites,
a meat (turkey sausage, steak, or ham)
grits or oatmeal or whole grain cereal
* sometimes I will have protein pancakes and a meat
14:00 - Meal + 1 anabeta
17:00 - 2 Promax
17:30 - Meal + 1 Anabeta
20:15 - Casein shake in Milk with Almonds
22:30 - 5 caps IGF-2 before bed
* My meals are mixtures of:
Chicken
Steak
Turkey Burger
Ground Turkey
Broccoli
Carrots
Spinach
Pasta
Rice
Bread
I generally create some type of dish for the same ingredients because the same meal everyday gets boring. I cheat once a week on Sundays. I usually dose a 1-2 Slin Sane v1 before my cheat meals which is usually pizza, fast food burger, or hot wings and fries.-New Log -

Not an exact number but If I had to guess I would say 250g protein, 300g carbs, and idk about the fat. I eat a lot anyhow, as I lay concrete and unload freight for a living. Between the gym and work, the physical demands on my body are pretty harsh. The protein bar and bowl of fruit is an added meal for this run. Although not a whole meal, the protein bar carries 400 plus calories, and I replaced the water in my casein shake with 2% milk. But, my daily cals change from day to day depending on what is for lunch and dinner. If I tried to eat the same meals everyday I would get tired of doing it and end up cheating more often. To avoid that, I eat a somewhat healthy lunch and dinner. Just a lot of it ........plus the GF feels some kind of way when I don't eat her cooking. My educated guess would be between 4000-4200 calories. Before my injury I ate 3500-4000 calories a day and never gained a pound. Was a steady 242lbs. Would cut down to 225 for competitions and what not. But, I've never been a cal counter. On a bulk I eat more (calorie dense foods), on a cut I eat less. Has always worked for me

Really strong lifts today. Stamina and energy were lacking, due to this sinus infection my body is fighting off but the strength was there. Strong chest and tricep pump throughout the workout. Still noticing the increased gas but stools are not loose, which is something that plague me anytime I run a forskolin product. Looking forward to some IGF-2 sleep tonight.

God awful feeling during the workout today. Body is just not up to the task. Sleep was awful, woke up every 40 mins all night. Brown mucus, swollen neck and tonsils, headache, and nosebleeds make for a really bad day. Tried to get through it, but just could not manage. Probably will skip tomorrow's workout, and take advantage of the weekend and hope I am ready for Monday, which is the hardest day of my week.
