Alright I'm my parents don't want me going to the gym so I have no access to dead-lifting or bench pressing and there is no way I'll be able to go to the gym unless a family member takes me but those will be rare occasions. So I only have access to freeweights and natural body weight I'm 5'9 and 188lb I wanna know what excercise can I do with free weights to build muscle mass and what calisthenics excercises can I do to work all parts of my body I know pushups work on arms bicep and chest.

I have a friend just like you man. I can help.
heres a site, is a directory to exercises, once you click on one of the exercises, (left of page, list of body parts, ie neck, shoulders, ect) not the muscles (right side of page), on that page there will be a list of exercises you can do at the gym, but unfortunately you cant go to the gym, therefore if you look on the right side of that page, there is exersices you can do with you own body weight. LOOK!

then an exercise, ie shoulders,
then on right of shoulder page there is body weight exercise.

If this is true, buy a pull-up bar to hook up to your door. Get some Dumbell's, and P90-x it up! I am not a fan at all of P-90, but if that's all you can do, work with that until you get older. Do you not have a gym at your school???

Mate **** you're parents, when they go out go to the gym, go with friends, go directly after school, or just sneak out. My gym is in a country/golf club and it's on top of a huge hill that it takes me 1 hour to walk to from my house and 1 hour to run up, and I still go 5 times a week, there's always a way, go for it

This would work except they are always home and never leave plus the nearest gym is Planet ***ness with only free weights since they have a bodybuilders ban and the only other gym is like an hour commute away and by the time I get home parents would be back.
Alright I'll look into the bar but I ordered adjustable weights coming in this week or next. As for p90 x I'll have to look into that also why aren't you a fan of it ?
