So why the liver care and anti-oxidants if I may ask. Honestly at your height and weight I'd save the money and put it into a weight gainer. Unless you've got some other issues that require you to take that two prior mentioned supps.Originally Posted by chrobi

Cl ot and CL fish oil is probably all ya need... Take it for a while and see how well u feel
Pre: focus xt, sns pea, sns agmatine, sns citrulline malate, creaplex
Intra: iforce compete
Daily: CL orange triad, CL fish oil
Protein: scivation whey
