Greetings everyone, I'll make it short and sweet.
I just got back into weight lifting so while the noob gains are still coming I'm still establishing my base; people say push/pull/legs are better than fullbody workouts, upper/lower splits etc and visa versa.
What regime is actually going to allow me to maximize muscle gains while I'm in the noob stages. I'm 163 and 5'11; I eat 40/40/20 Carbs, proteins and healthy fats, and right now I do a fullbody routine M-W-F
with T-Th of course and weekends off. Weekends my diet is 50/30/20 Protein/carbs/fats, as i figure during the resting stage from that Friday's workout my body doesn't need as many carbs since I'm not working out and the extra protein will assist with my recovery time (Correct me if wrong) But yeah.. If you can't personally answer my question, do any of you mind showing me a nutrition regimen unless mines already suffices as well as a regimen that will allow me to maximize my bulking potential? I started working out and slightly altering my diet about a month ago and I gained 1.5 lbs so far, and I'm looking forward to bulking to 185 and cutting down to a 175 solid ish? Thanks for the help guys!
