Wow .. yea your dollar is close to ours right now, but they're not THAT crazy here in Canada. You get hosed down there! I think the one I looked at here in Calgary is around $100 a month and I can't get on board with that!
Even then I wouldn't go for it man. The principle of paying that much for a rack and some BBs with bumper plate weights? No thanks Jeff. Gold's isn't that expensive and I get ALL that **** plus a giant gym full of machines lol
lol None taken here on my end. I agree man it's crazy.

Yea I've seen that ... but I agree. I can't justify the price
One day ... hard to do in a condo
lol Sorry Tim. It was my first time at a beach vacation and I think I'm hooked. Now that I live so close to a winter playground we're talking about taking a nice beach trip every year.
Winter is coming indeed.. KHMR and Fernie both close up their summer ops this weekend and I'm so excited about it. Calling for a pretty cold winter this year up here with La Nina ... but that may mean a bit less snow. I'm hoping they meet in the middle somewhereTraining Log - The long overdue comeback: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=171218951

8/27/14 - Back ... sort of
Got to the gym yesterday after a long couple days and not much sleep ... had full intentions of doing back. Wife and I both did a few sets of lat pulls to get warmed up and were not feeling it. So we went home and went on a long walk with the dog.
Chalked yesterday up to a rest day and moved on. We're trying to figure out when we'll get to the gym now that she's working full time during the day. Have gone right after work the last few days and it's been OK, but we might just switch back to evening workouts and give us a chance to come home after work and relax a little bit.
First time since we've been together that we're both on the same schedule while in the same country lol. It's weird having someone else in the kitchen with me at 5am getting ready to get to work
Tonight will be a back day do-overTraining Log - The long overdue comeback: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=171218951

Cheers Andrew! They felt great too. My old training buddy from back in Ontario has been going pretty hard the last little bit and was proud that he finally made his way up to 80s for 8 reps ... I haven't been training that much for the last month so he called me out I think I still got it haha
We're finding the opposite ... I think I like that time to unwind after being at work. An hour or so to just sit down and not deal with peopleTraining Log - The long overdue comeback: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=171218951

09/03/2014 - Arms
Did a quick bro workout last night. Was late in the day and I was pretty tired ... up all the night before taking care of our dog. She got into something and spent the night throwing up all over the house ... quite the surprise to wake up to!
Did some warmups and then got right into it

crazy pump)

Lats are feeling crazy the last two days. Loved the rack pulls ... I haven't done those in a long ass time. Last set of them I stood on a plate just to give myself a bit more height ... could feel the hamstrings really engage on that one.
Leg day tonight!Training Log - The long overdue comeback: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=171218951

Legs after those rack pulls is going to kill your glutes and hammies
Great session for the lats with the 10 rep pull-ups, then the rack pulls and T bars. Doing them chest supported makes you realise what a beast Scott is doing chest supported rows with 130kg
Kill the legs tonight Michael!"Better to wear out than rust out!"
Squat 165kg/363lbs
Deadlift 190kg/418lbs

Thanks Scott.
Spray Lake outside of Canmore. Here's a couple pics from yesterday
Yes sir! Not as much in the south of Calgary where I'm working, but my wife sent me a picture from her school in the north end and her car had snow on it
All my co-workers are pissed but I'm pretty excited lolLast edited by moshvr; 09-08-2014 at 02:28 PM.

It's really incredible Andrew. I'm so happy we moved out here!
Snow came down pretty hard yesterday ... I was surprised!
Haha well some staff from Lake Louise were on the hill yesterday. My friends in Banff said they got hammered pretty good. It's really a mind fuk when you look outside and see that much snow in September ..
My leg workout yesterday turned into a cardio session. We went later and had to pick up my brother in law from the bus station so we didn't have much time. Went at 530 on International Chest Day ... too many bros milling around so I just sat on a bike for a bit and worked up a sweat. I'll do legs tonight when we go at our normal time.Training Log - The long overdue comeback: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=171218951

No snow here yet. Yet another reason why I wouldn't move that far out West.
