They continue to forge ahead with a renegade nuclear program that everyone and their grandmother (and the IAEA, and UN) HIGHLY suspect is a facade for a nuclear weapon program. Israel and America have both already vowed to not allow Iran to get a nuclear bomb (due to their support for terrorism/ability of the bomb to fall into the wrong hands/rhetoric stating they will "wipe Israel off the face of the earth".
So Iran makes a bomb, US/Israel attack, both China and Russia have vowed to disallow the US to strike Iran, so they enter the war, at the point the US calls on many of its allies in Europe and Japan, so most of Europe now enters the war. Most of the Middle East is against America, so they enter the war effort against USA. North Korea would never resist an opportunity to play with the big boys. Mexico and most of South America have already been in talks with high level Middle East dictators who are not friendly to US so they may possibly attack us from the south or offer a larger on land approach for more robust militaries like China/Russia (which would be a disaster for anyone who tried, but we're talking hypotheticals here).


So yes, Iran having a nuclear bomb is absolutely a threat to world peace.

Uh huh. And where was all this saber-rattling when India and Pakistan got nuclear weapons? You know, those 2 poor and (on Pakistan's part) highly unstable countries that are constantly at war over Kashmir? I don't remember a decade of threats and diplomatic hand-wringing over that.

Isn't Pakistan's having nuclear weapons a similarly large threat to world peace? Why do we rarely, if ever, hear any concern about that?
