    How do i find out if my belly is fat or i just dont have abs yet?

    Gotta have below 10% bodyfat and if you can't even see the outline of your abs there is a possiblity you don't have abs at all. Technically everyone has abs "Rectus Abdominis" which is just one muscle but genetics shape the Rectus Abdominis.
