I am 6'4" tall, right now around 183 with a lean weight of around 165. I am almost done with my cut and I plan on cutting to about 178lbs. Someone told me I probably wouldnt need to go below 180 but I have some problem areas from when I was quite overweight that havent gone yet so Im hoping to get those in the next 5 lbs.

yeah, meant LBM, not total weight. but regardless, like you said, 180 will look skinny for 6'3". oh well, i'm just going to keep cutting, and see what happens
thanks for the motivation bro! i think 185 is probably the most REALISTIC goal of where i should end my cut (despite thinking before, that i would be good at 205 lbs, lol...or even 190 lbs).
so 185 it is!
so from now, that exactly 30 more lbs to cut.

Yeah when I was 201 people guessed me at 15%BF, which would mean a lean weight of 175.
Now I'm down to 183 in 7 weeks and people are guessing 11-13% so thats lean of maybe 165.
Stupid fat makin me think Ive got some muscle haha I cant wait to be done with this cut though! one or two more weeks Im guessing

wow, welcome to my life bro. when i first started, i estimated around 185 lbs of LBM lol (i was around 30% body fat at the time, so difficult to estimate). and i'm guessing it will be the same with me too, because right now, i'm estimating around 170lbs at 215. so the LBM estimation is going lower and lower, lol.
dam numbers.
