Upper body workouts with a Cast

Hey everybody, boxer fracture in my 5th metacarpal 2 weeks ago, I've had a cast on that goes up my forearm about halfway, and holds my pinky and ring finger. I've been getting by just running, doing leg lifts, and abs, but I found out today I still have 3 weeks in the cast. What are some delts, traps, biceps, triceps, chest and lat s strength workouts that I can do with my cast?

I'd say enjoy your free time :P......

If you are adamant on training...you could do cable work with leg straps.... Most deltoid, biceps triceps, can be done....

But i would really think you should relax and take it easy...it's better to heal it completely and well, instead of ending up with a faulty recovery....
If your body cannot handle it, make sure sheer willpower will.....

You're a better judge of what you can and can't do than anyone on the netz.

Do what you're able, within the limits of your doc's orders, of course.
