Flat Press (DB or BB), Incline (DB or BB), Dips. I change rep/set up each workout, usually following a periodized chart. 3x10, 3x8, 3x6, 4x6 then usually going to a 3x3 and then 1x1.

I like that setup, although my reps would be a little different:

Heavy day:

Bench Press................3-4 x 3-6
Incline DB...................3 x 6-8
Dips...........................2-3 x 6-8

Light Day:

Low Incline Press.........3 x 8
Flat DB Press..............3 x 8-10
Dips..........................2-3 x 10-12

You should follow this routine or the one Grip posted because they work.

is it better to stick to a 6-8 rep range when trying to develop mass on the chest?

Like I told another. Try a heavy weight on flat bench press for 8 sets of 8 reps with one minute rest inbetween. This routine should be 6 to 8 weeks, once per week. Increase weight each time if you can complete last set. You need to get mass before you do 10 other exercises to define it. Good luck!
