How much Cellucor C4 should I take?

I used to take Jack3d but they recently started pulling from the stores I go to so I decided to try C4 Extreme. I wanted to know how much I should take. I used to take 2 scoops of Jack3d so should I take 2 scoops of the C4? I know they are the same product, I just need some advice. Any help is much appreciated.

Only you would know how much would work for you, try out 1 scoop first if you don't respond to it then add another half scoop and so on...

Start with 1 scoop and assess it from there.

I figured I would have to test my tolerance with it but I thought would I would ask anyway. Thanks for the help

I started with 1 scoop, but only felt it a litlle. When I added the second scoop, that put me right in my sweet spot. Love the stuff, especially the watermelon flavor!!!
