Eric is a beast. Such a great guy all-around. I just finished a review paper w/him & another incredibly sharp doctoral student named Peter Fitschen. The manuscript is appx 15,000 words (+283 references), which is 50 pages in its current double-spaced format. We're in the process of hacking it down by about a third. Imagine this, an updated, evidence-based article on natty bodybuilding will finally be indexed in Pubmed. It's gonna happen, just gotta go a few rounds with the non-lifting peer-reviewers before it gets published. I wrote the sections on meal timing & meal frequency (yeah buddy). Can't wait to see this focker hit publication, gonna pop bottles of Cris' once that happens.

how long does the process typically take? Or is it highly variable? Also, this is your first pubmed?

Peer-review, in my experience as a reviewer, can take 2-3 months. I'm sure it's taken longer for others. And yeah, this is gonna be my 1st Pubmed spot. Should make for some fine appeals to authority in many debates to come, lol. Just kidding about that.
