I've been advised from a number of sources to have 1 gram of protein per pound of body mass. How much fat should I eat and what are some good LOW SODIUM sources?

The pretty typical accepted number of fat grams per day, is anywhere from .3 - .5 grams of fat per lb of body weight.
So, since you weigh 180, you should take in no more than 90 grams a day, and no less than 54.
Though, i know of some people who have had luck going slightly lower. Just depends on how you feel. Its amazing what a little extra dietary fat can do for you mentall on a big cut.Most Recent Progress Photo thread:
