Hello guys.I am 20 years old and weight around 124 pounds.My height is 5'7".I workout at home with dumbbells only and dont go to gym.I have been doing a full body workout since the past 6 weeks for 3 days a week(no consecutive days).The workout i followed was www(dot)bodybuilding.com/fun/rudy6.htm
I then took a break of 1 week.Now i would like to do a split routine.I did some research and found one that looks good.What do you guys say of this routine??
Day 1:Legs/Shoulder
Day 2:Back/Biceps
Day 3:Chest/Triceps
Day 4:Legs/Shoulder
Day 5:Back/Biceps
Day 6:Chest/Triceps
Day 7 : Rest
Crunches for abs - 2-3 sets (13-15 reps)everyday.
However note that i have dumbbells only at home.I have 4 plates of 5 lbs and 4 of 7.5 lbs so they are adjustable dumbbells.
My workout lasts for around 40-45 minutes.I dont take any supplements but i have increased my intake of milk,bananas,sprouted pulses.
Any comments/suggestions are welcome.
