    Question Should I cut or bulk? Need help! (pictures)

    in March I started cutting slowly (couldnt run due to ACL surgery until about a month ago) at 192lbs and im currently 172lbs, I have one picture from march, then may, then september.

    Should I still be cutting or should i start to bulk?

    By my own preferences i would cut. and then do a Clean Bulk.

    Because i hate when my body fat reaches over 15%

    Yea I'd like to cut cause i still have a fair amount of fat to lose but I just thought id see a few peoples opinions, thanks bro. Any chance you could guess my body fat at the moment?

    No i am sorry man but i don't want to guess because i have no expiriance on body fat %. You could allways make a thread with title what is my body fat % or something. Because if i would guess it would probably be realy realy wrong

    I'm about your weight, 170ish and I previously cut down to 155, and rebuilt back to 170, everyone is different but definatly the longer route but worth it, eat healthy and workout hard, you will see great gains in strength , definition , and pure muscle growth.

    Personally I'd go for a cut, if you're over 15% bodyfat and you're bulking your phucking done, that's it. Cut down and reach 10-12% bodyfat and then continue to do a clean bulk when you've reached that goal but do it slowly so you don't gain 3 lbs a week.
