Yeah. Still trying to build back up lifts and weight since hurting my back. I dropped back down to 82-82.5kg over the xmas while I was off. Last week weighing in ~83.7kg. This week was 84.1kg and 84.2kg so it's going back up. I want to hit a decent weight by April before I cut because I carry most of my fat on my anterior upper body so abs are last thing to show for me and I'm going away July. Want to cut a bit so I look lean but not too much that I look skinny but also want to reverse diet before going away.
