Weighed in today at 84.3kg but I'm going to put that down to the 200g less carbs than normal yesterday, reduced water intake, and excessive vomiting But for some reason I still look like I'm holding water. Anytime I eat after a night of drinking I seem to hold a lot of water even on regular calories.
