ok i just read almost every page of the EBOOK and have some questions concerning supplementation.
i currently use gaspari protein powder , myofusion. i hope this is adequate cuz it was on sale so i
bought like 6 0r 8 of them huge jugs.
the Hypertrophic Potentiator shake lists whey isolate, intact casein, and hydroslate.
1. do i consider this a whey protein isolate or or hydroslate or both? does it have enough or any intact casein in it?
2. if not which commercial protein powders are recomended or do i goto a health food store and hope to buy
the individual products?
3. dextrose or maltodextrin; is there another generic name i can look for this under? like is corn sugar the same thing?
4. where do i find leucine? tablet or powder form?
5. my omega 3 lists each 500 mg tablet as 1000 mg of fish oil on ingredients but only 300 and 200 mg of epa and dha. is this exactly what to look for when he mention taking five grams of actual omega 3s?
6. is any old generic creatine good enuff? why does he recomend 60 grams a day as being the best dosage, then relinquish noone will actually take that much? does he know it will be expensive and in my experience cause diarhea within a day or two.? how much is enuff then? whatever maximum amt u can afford and not get diarhea?
7. 200-600 mg of caffein after the work out in addition to the pre workout 400-800 mg, plus the 1-3 times you already took AM accelerator shakes with 200-400 mg . i like coffee and drink a few cups most days but 800-2600mg caffeine a day is a bit much isnt it?
