Big cities go way down on the list because the good parts are included.

They should do it by neighborhoods.... there are many places on Chicago's south and west side that make all of those top 10 look like candyland.

And by relation, Harvey IL (#21) is a suburb of Chicago and is way better than a lot of inner city neigborhoods. That's where people MOVE TO to get out of the hood.

As an upstate New Yorker, I'm a bit surprised that some of our cities ranked so high. Buffalo is higher than Compton? I don't know about that son. Also what the fuk is Chester, PA? Seeing that Camden, NJ is #5 and it literally looked like a 3rd world country I can't see how it can get worse.

The fact that Chicago isnt number 1, or at least top 5 makes this list irrelevant. Every monday when I walk into my office, CNN is on and there is a report of at least a dozen people who were murdered over the weekend. I believe the number was as high as 40 in June. dead srs.
