    Creatine Upset stomach

    Is there a good way to counter an upset stomach caused by creatine. Ive dropped my dosage. Added to the fact I've started using anmal cuts i'm finding my stomach is upset. Was wonder if there is a effective and safe way to counter this?

    Has anyone else managed a way round this?

    I had upset stomach with Creapure, wasn't that bad but had minor cramps and urge to go to toilet. I stopped taking them until a further date when I'll need them more.

    Yeah, iv had the same problems but i am on CEE.
    I dont want to have to stop using the stuff coz its good but i cant really handle the negatives.

    Drink lots of water. I've always found that while on creatine if my stomach gets upset it means that I need to drink more. Try that and see if it helps.

    How much water are you taking in?

    It's not a scientific answer, but I had stomach aches with a multi-vitamin I was taking, so I upped my water intake and that really helped alot.
    Each day is a chance to be better than the last!

    i had the same problem with phosphagen. how long have you been taking it? for the first week and a half or so it was really bad, specially because i was loading. when i drank more water it wasnt as bad. so i would walk around with a huge water bottle or even a 1 gallon jug. i even took it to school and drank in class. also, it helps to really shake the **** out of it. the more clumps i had in the bottom of the shaker, the worse my bubble guts were. throw your creatine in, shake like crazy, drink some, and shake some more. also, if you use luke-warm water itll mirconize better. hope this works for you buddy. there are few things i hate more than trying to workout while tryin to keep my colon from exploding.

    As quickly as I can....

    I got hooked up with Kre-Alkalyn, and the material written on it suggests that creatine doesn't cause the adverse side effects, rather, the by-product it converts into in your gut. True or not, my experience is this, I did feel nausia, cramps, get the $hits, or any other side effects with creatine except for major water retention. Lucky I guess, but with Kre-Alkalyn I haven't even experienced that. I still experience the same benifits and have put on 12 lbs in 3 1/2 months, as well as increases on all my lifts.
    Might be worth it to you to check out.

    Started to load it with 15 grams a day but this made me crap through the eye of a needle so now im down to 5 grams split in 2.5 doses at AM/PM.

    It gives me awsome energy but if I get the ****s bad I feel tired I guess to to the minerals I'm loosing.

    I'd start off with drinking more water than you currently are. That could be your issue: not enough water intake for the amount of creatine you're taking.
