    Single Ply Briefs

In the upcoming year I have decided to go from multi-ply and switch to single ply. I am gonna be using a Super Centurion suit and a Rage X shirt. I am eyeing the Titan Centurion briefs are those a good 1ply brief? If not what is the best single ply briefs?

Where do you plan to lift? Most single-ply divisions won't allow briefs under a suit.
I know SPF is anything goes, USPA will allow legless briefs, as long as they don't go above your belly button (basically SC briefs with the top cut off or Inzer groove briefs), I don't think USAPL allows them at all.

    That said, super centurion briefs.

If you just go legless go Titan superiors. Good for some hip tightness, and better than groove briefs.

No. Get centurion. Are you planning on using them under a suit of using them for training?

    Go with centurions regardless

I've been using Titan Centurion briefs for a couple years now. Best single-ply brief out there and worth every penny.

with. Don't really see how its single ply but thats not the question here. If you can use them, use them. If you may consider some USPA meets in the future you may want to get legless though.
