Ive recently started using eca 30+ again, I used it last year and shed alot of
fat and muscle im sure
To prevent muscle loss is there anything I can take with it? Been training
hard and dont want my good gains wasted
Is it worth me taking slighty more protein than usual to keep the muscle preserved or will this not help?
Ive also been reading about cortisol blockers and unsure what to do, can anyone give me any advice on what to use with eca 30+ whether its to stack it with another supp, take more protein or stop taking it altogether, I just dont want it eating my muscle away, thanks

Not losing muscle comes down to a good diet. I wouldn't suggest losing more than a pound a week. When I cut that's my aim.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

It's an ECA product with 30mg ephedrine I believe.
OP Ephedrine is slightly muscle sparing in a low cal environment IIRC. You're probably looking flatter/depleted and believe it's muscle loss. Just keep protein at around 1g/lb lbm and cals at 500 under maintenance (maybe more depending on how overweight you are).Sponsored by SpartanSupps

Protein powder only provides protein and a small amount of cals. You can use protein+oats to replace a meal so you get carbs+protein. At the end of the day you just to need to meet your macros.
It would probably help somewhat, but so would anything. Don't use supps for the sake of it. Maybe add one in later if you start to stall on weight loss.Sponsored by SpartanSupps
