    weight leg raises

How do you do your weighted leg raises (hanging or lying down). Do you just squeeze the bb with your feet or do you tie it on somehow. Just a few tips would be nice guys. Thanks.

I lie on a ball, hold on to a cable machine (kind of backwards) then rest my back into the ball and do leg raises that way, it's a killer!
