    Inner Quad Exercises

I did a quick search for inner quads and medial quads but didn't find much. Problem is that my inner quads are severely lacking compared to the outer muscle and tear drop shaped muscle. I hit my legs with core excercises as well as extensions, hacks, lunges, etc. There is a severe difference between the outer and inner. Any specific exercises that would target the inner quads more directly?

Try using a wider foot position on your compound quad exercises.

Wide stance squats as deep as you can safely go. After that a shoulder width deep leg press does it for me too.

As said above, wider feet or point your feet outwards if comfortable.

I had the same problem OP...wide stance smith squats after regular squatting work well for me, or ''side lunges'' where instead of stepping straight out in front you step off to the side slightly...the more sidewards you step the more you should feel the inner thigh working.

But, in general, modifying any quad-dominant exercise by taking a wider stance should do the trick. Find which exercises work best for you.
